1. What materials are your window boxes made of?

Our window boxes are meticulously crafted from 3mm sheet aluminum, which has been folded and seam welded, then powder-coated to ensure they last. The flowers are made from recycled plastic, consisting of a blend of plastic and fabric flowers, all UV-protected during both the factory process and production. Please check our product accessories to purchase additional UV spray.

2. Do your window boxes come with drainage holes?

Yes, all our window boxes are designed with drainage systems. They include pre-drilled drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.

3. Can I customize the size of my window box?

Absolutely! We offer custom sizing options to fit your specific needs. Please use the ‘Custom Planter’ section our customer service team with your dimensions, and we will create a bespoke window box tailored to your requirements. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Please note we don’t offer floral arrangements with Custom Planter builds.

4. How do I install a window box on my window sill?

Our planters are very easy to install. If you require brackets, please contact us at info@londonwindowbox.com with the details, and our team will be happy to assist you.

5. How often should I reapply the UV protection spray?

To maintain the longevity and appearance of your window boxes, we recommend reapplying the UV protection spray at least twice per year. This will provide extra protection against UV rays and prevent premature fading and damage.

6.  Are your window boxes suitable for all weather conditions?

While our window boxes are designed to withstand various weather conditions, extreme weather such as heavy rain, snow, and strong winds can cause damage over time.

7. What is your return policy for window boxes?

We offer a 7-day return policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
