Delivery Process
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries take place on Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 4pm. You will receive a delivery slot of either 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm.
Delivery Costs: A delivery cost of £75 is applicable for a maximum of 2 boxes. If the delivery consists of more than 2 boxes, additional charges may apply.
In-House Installation: For products that require in-house installation, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date and time. Our professional installers ensure a hassle-free setup in your home.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address during the assigned delivery slot. It is imperative that someone is present to sign and accept the delivery. Failure to do so will result in the full charge of the delivery fee, which is non-refundable. The delivery will then need to be rescheduled at an additional cost.
Returns and Refunds: If you need to return an item, please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be arranged using the same delivery service used for the original delivery.
Online Order Policy
In-House Courier Service: For areas outside of our 10-mile delivery radius, we use our own in-house courier service to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. Please note that we currently only deliver within the UK.
