Warranty Coverage
1. Duration of Warranty: All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


2. What is Covered:
·   The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that may arise under normal use and care.
· If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
 
 
Limitations and Exclusions
1. UV Damage and Discoloration:


· As outlined in our Product Care Policy, UV damage and discoloration over time are not covered under this warranty.
· Products exposed to extreme UV sunlight may slightly discolor, which is a natural process and does not indicate a defect.


2. Extreme Weather Damage:


·  Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain, snow, strong winds, etc.) is not covered under this warranty.
·  We recommend purchasing our UV protection spray to help protect your products from such conditions.


3. Normal Wear and Tear:


· This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the products.
· Any modifications or alterations made to the products void the warranty.


Recommendations
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your products, we recommend the following:


1.    UV Protection Spray:


· Regularly apply our specially formulated UV protection spray at least twice per year to maintain the effectiveness of the UV protection.

4.    Resolution:
·  If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective product.
· In some cases, we may require the return of the defective product. If so, we will provide instructions for the return process.
